Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Scheduling:

Booking Policy: 

We require a credit card  on file to secure your appointment.  If you do not have a credit card, a $50 deposit is required to secure the appointment and can be e-transferred to shelley@toxxitaesthetics.ca

Clients must provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations within 48-hours of your appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50, charged to your card on file. 

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment subject to a $50 missed appointment fee, and you will have to reschedule. If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know. 

• No shows will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee in addition to the $50 late-cancellation fee ($100 total). 

• There are no refunds on any services.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the proper time is allocated for other clients.

A late arrival fee may apply if rescheduling is not possible.

Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.
